Your budget data is stored in a file that you control. The app uses Apple's document-based storage model, which lets you save your file anywhere accessible through the iOS Files app — including on-device storage, iCloud Drive, or any third-party storage provider you have connected (such as Dropbox, Google Drive, or a network location).
The app does not influence or have visibility into where you choose to save your file. If you save to a cloud storage provider, that provider's own privacy policy governs how your data is handled by them. The developer has no access to your file regardless of where it is stored.
The app itself does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services. If you choose to store your file with a third-party provider via the Files app, you are subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.
The app does not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
